Andria M. Beckham, a bankruptcy mediator, owns and operates The Legal Free Agent LLC and serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Sport Management at Ohio Dominican University. 

Andria is a native of Columbus, Ohio. She received a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Political Science from The Ohio University, and a Juris Doctor with a Sports Law certification from Tulane University School of Law. In 2004, she received her law license in the State of Ohio. Since then she has served as a judicial clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and as an Associate with Bricker & Eckler LLP, in Columbus, Ohio, where she practiced in the Creditor Rights & Bankruptcy and Business Law groups. While in private practice, Andria worked with some of the world’s largest, most established organizations to the smallest start-ups and individual clients. She represented Chapter 7, 11, and 13 debtors, Chapter 7 panel trustees, and creditors in consumer and commercial bankruptcy proceedings, complex litigation and workouts. She additionally practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and contracts. Further, she has worked in a variety of areas and venues, including domestic violence in the Columbus City Attorney’s Office, Athletics Compliance at Tulane University, and labor law with the National Football League’s Management Council.  She currently serves as a volunteer mediator in the Columbus City Attorney’s Night Prosecution program.

Andria holds a mediation certification and is available to serve as a mediator in bankruptcy, corporate and sports-related matters.
